Candlelight Stretch Class from the comfort of your living room!
ALL FLEXIBILITY LEVELS WELCOME! Whether you can’t touch your toes or you can bend over backwards and sit on your head, this class is for everyone!  To compliment any fitness regime, it is great to relax and have a good stretch - it is proven to help with mobility, muscle functionality, prevention of muscle soreness and injury and overall good mental and physical health.  We will work focus on the following stretching techniques: Proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF), dynamic stretch, active stretch and static stretch.Your body will thank you!
