How long can you hold your squat? Or plank? How about a lunge? 

In this 45 minute class we will ready your joints by using all over mobility techniques.  We then put your body to work in various Isometric holds and slow, controlled movements.  30 seconds has never felt so long... But so rewarding 😅

Equipment needed:

*OPTIONAL: Weights, Medicine Ball (recommended at higher levels but optional)
*Soft surface/mat for groundwork
*Water
*Running Shoes
*Comfortable workout attire
